Who We Are!
Addison County Alignment & Repair, Inc. is owned and operated by Steve and Lisa Dupoise, life-long Addison County residents, community members, and owners of County Tire Center, Inc. on Seymour Street in Middlebury.
In late 2023, with County Tire and other local shops booked out several weeks to service Addison County customers (and beyond) in our annual plight to be ready for winter, Steve and Lisa recognized an opportunity to expand beyond their Middlebury location in order to have space to service more of our community in a timely manner.
Steve, an executive board member for the New England Tire & Service Association (NETSA), had also been looking for an opportunity to bring a new, and necessary service to Addison County, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration to pair with wheel alignments. It’s not yet well known the importance of keeping ADAS systems properly calibrated, combined with proper wheel alignment is for the safety of our newer vehicles. If you’re following us, you’ll definitely be seeing us working on getting the word out for this very important service!
The search for a new location began. With the help of the County Tire team, the perfect name for the new business, and location were found. In October, just in time for this year’s busy "winter-ready” season to start, Steve, Lisa and team celebrated the Grand Opening of Addison County Alignment & Repair (“ACAR”), located conveniently on Route 7 in New Haven.
The team is already hard at work servicing Addison County customers and beyond, and continuing to expand services in all directions to bring ADAS calibration and alignment, and a full line-up of repair services to Vermonters and our neighbors in upstate New York.
